"Typography Issues w/ Vega line-height + paragraph spacing"

The line height in exsisting typesets is a lot which is making the spacing between the lines look like two different items in the nav bar, same goes for charts, tables, header, and cards.

Whenever i get feedback on any of these, to reduce the spacing i have to detach the Typesets to adjust the spacing.

In the new typesets that i am proposing, we can reduce the line height and paragraph spacing but still follow the 8 point grid system. The proposal for new typesets is been attached.
