Remove the console.log happening whnever the vega stepper is subtracted.

Hello, please see attached video. This was tested by one of our QA Engineers and shows how the Vega Modal on mobile (IOS) is being overrun by the footer on scroll. Should show the modal as a priority in the front of the user at all times.
